Delivery And Onsite Set Up
We schedule delivery of your refrigerated trailer over the phone. Our driver will arrive at your location in the delivery time window and set up your cold storage unit to ensure it is fully functioning for your desired use. Set up is fast and in minimal time your unit will be at temperature and ready for use.
End of Rental Procedure
For your convenience, we will not send a driver to pick up the unit until you notify our office by email, or phone that the unit is finished, emptied of product and cleaned using a mop and/or hose. Once your request is logged with our office, you will be scheduled for the next available pickup time slot,

Frequently Asked Questions
Where Can you Drop off Trailers?
Our trailers can be dropped off virtually anywhere, but they are locked and the hitch cannot be moved once we leave the premises. We will drop the trailer at your final destination and then pick it up in the same spot.
How Are The Trailers Powered?
Trailers run on 110 volt, 20-amp circuit. They can also be powered by a minimum 5,000 watt generator.
How And When Do You Take Payment?
We will send you a click to pay link prior to trailer dispatch. Invoice must be paid in full at time of dispatch.
Do I Need To Sign A Rental Agreement?
Yes, a rental agreement will be provided prior to trailer delivery.
Is There A Fee For Delivery Of The Trailer?
